4D Cityscape Inc. is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. When you shop on our website, we collect personal information from you such as name, address, email, phone number and/or credit card information. This information is used for billing purposes for filling customer's orders, contacting customers to inform them of order status and sending promotional information. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement4D Cityscape Inc.  collects information from our users at several different points on our website.

LOG FILES
We use IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the site, track user's movement within the site, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information. 

SHARING
We may share aggregated demographic information with our partners and advertisers. This is not linked to any personal information that can identify any person individually.

We use an outside shipping company to ship orders, and a credit card processing company to charge users for goods and services. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes.

These parties are not allowed to use personally identifiable information except for the purpose of providing these services.

SECURITY
4D Cityscape Inc.  takes every precaution to protect our users' information. When users submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and off-line.

When our order form asks users to enter sensitive information (such as name, address, phone number, credit card information), that information is encrypted and is protected with the best encryption software in the industry, SSL. While on a secure page, such as our order form, the lock icon on the bottom of Web browsers such as Netscape Navigator and Microsoft Internet Explorer becomes locked, as opposed to un-locked, or open, when you are just 'surfing'. When you submit your order, the sensitive information is sent to our secure server that is retrieved only by authorized administrators via secure connection and pass worded logs.

While we use SSL encryption to protect sensitive information online, we also do everything in our power to protect user-information off-line. All of our users' information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted in our offices. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (i.e. for billing purposes or service representatives) are granted access to personally identifiable information. Our employees must use password-protected screen-savers when they leave their desk. When they return, they must re-enter their password to re-gain access to your information. Furthermore, ALL employees are kept up-to-date on our security and privacy practices. Every quarter, as well as any time new policies are added, our employees are notified and/or reminded about the importance we place on privacy, and what they can do to ensure our customers' information is protected.

NOTIFICATION OF CHANGES
If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on our webpage so our users are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under circumstances, if any, we disclose it. If at any point we decide to use personally identifiable information in a manner different from that stated at the time it was collected, we would notify users by way of email. Users will have a choice as to whether or not we use their information in this different manner. We will use information in accordance with the privacy policy under which the information was collected.

PRICES

All prices listed in our website, advertisement and/or catalog do not include shipping & handling charges. All prices and descriptions are subject to change without notice. Orders shipped to Ontario residents must include 8% Provincial Sales Tax (PST) and 5% Government Sales Tax (GST). Orders shipped to Canada, outside of Ontario must include 5% Government Sales Tax (GST). All orders to the US do not have any sales tax.

TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from the supplier or manufacturer, operated 4D Cityscape Inc.. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for product listed at the incorrect price operated 4D Cityscape Inc. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such order whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, operated 4D Cityscape Inc. shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

CANCELLATIONS

Any order which is cancelled with operated 4D Cityscape Inc. after 24hrs from placement of order to the time of shipment will be subject to a cancellation fee of 6% (six percent).

PAYMENT

operated 4D Cityscape Inc.accepts all major credit cards, payments made through PayPal (www.paypal.com), money orders, and certified checks payable operated 4D Cityscape Inc.. All certified checks and money orders will be subject to a minimum of (14) fourteen-business day waiting period to clear with our bank. Orders will not be processed or shipped until this waiting period is over. Credit card fraud will not be tolerated. All orders paid by credit card must be shipped to the cardholder's billing address or verified alternate shipping address. Orders will NOT be shipped if the address provided does not match the records of the credit cardholder's bank. Please DO NOT send cash, as we are not responsible for any loss that may occur while in transit.

SHIPPING

All orders are shipped by either UPS or Canada Post/US Postal Service. In stock items usually ship within 24hrs after receipt of order operated 4D Cityscape Inc.does not guarantee on time delivery for out of stock items. Any expected shipment dates given to customer are approximate. Out of stock items will be placed on backorder. Backorder items will ship within 24hrs after becoming available

REJECTION OF GOODS

As soon as the goods are delivered to Buyer, (s)he shall inspect them. Notice in writing must be given within five (5) days after receipt of goods of any defect or omissions. Failure to give notice within five (5) days after receipt shall constitute an irrevocable acceptance of the goods.

CLAIMS

Claim for defective goods, shortages, incorrect items, delays, or failures in shipment or delivery, or for any other cause, shall be deemed waived and released by Buyer, unless made in writing within five (5) days after the arrival of the goods.

RETURNS

All items returned are subject to a 25% (twenty-five percent) restocking fee. RETURNS ARE NOT ACCEPTED on special orders and custom orders. All other returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days after date of invoice. All returns must be unused, in the same condition as sold to buyer and in its original packaging. Returned parts with missing packaging, instructions, or parts will be subject to a restocking fee. It is the customer’s responsibility to contact operated 4D Cityscape Inc.. within this time period to be eligible for a return. A (RA#) Return Authorization Number must be issued before returning product. You may contact us by way of telephone at 416-410-2642. A RA# must be clearly marked on return packages, otherwise package will be refused. The returned item(s) must be accompanied with a copy of the original invoice. No returns or exchanges will be allowed if the item shows signs of having been installed, scratched, damaged or modified. If operated 4D Cityscape Inc. does not accept a returned item as being defective and/or returnable for any reason, the buyer must accept any incurred cost. It is the responsibility of the customer to verify the correct part before ordering and installing a particular part. operated 4D Cityscape Inc. is not responsible for shipping costs incurred by the customer for returning products for return, refund, exchange, and/or warranty.

REFUNDS

A refund, exchange or core return will not be made until all items are returned operated 4D Cityscape Inc. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Orders placed by credit card will be refunded to the same credit card account only. All other non-credit card orders will be refunded by either company check or store credit. Refused shipments sent back operated 4D Cityscape In.. do not constitute a refund or credit. operated 4D Cityscape Inc. reserve the right to charge the customer shipping & handling costs for the refused shipment and a 25% restocking fee.
