Do you have a missing piece in your puzzle?
If you have a missing piece in your 4D Cityscape Puzzle. Please do not worry, we have great customer service and will send the missing piece to you right away.
In order to locate your missing piece, we will need the following from you.
1)BAT Code: This is situated above the UPC Code on the box. There should be a printed sticker. Please provide us with this number.
2) Building # & Name : If you have a building missing, please provide us with the building # and Name of building that you are missing
3) Jigsaw Piece: If you a missing a jigsaw piece, please email a full description of the piece that is missing. Even better, if you can take a jpeg photo and send it to us with your email.
4) Your Adress: 4D Cityscape is sold all over the world, so please make sure you include your full adress. This will allow us to determine which Country and which distributor that will send you the missing pieces.
